Terms and Conditions:

• Self-Declaration: The hotel management reserves the right to request guests to sign a Self-Declaration Form whenever deemed necessary for safety, security, and compliance purposes.
• Security Policy: The Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or take necessary action in case of any suspicious, unlawful, or inappropriate activity.
• House Rules & Restrictions: Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises. Outside food, beverages, alcoholic drinks, and in-room visitors are strictly prohibited. Dry fish is not allowed inside guest rooms; however, it may be stored at the Guest Service Desk upon request.
• Swimming Pool Policy: Proper synthetic swimwear is mandatory. Cotton clothing, T-shirts, Burkha, and other non-swimming attire are not permitted inside the swimming pool.
• Late Check-out Charges: 1. Until 06:00 PM: 50% of the room rent will be charged. 2. After 06:00 PM: 100% of the room rent (full room charge) will be applicable.
• Outside food(s) are not allowed in the Hotel premises.
• Arms & Pets are not allowed in the Room.
• Noise Policy: Loud music, portable speakers, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited within guest rooms and throughout the hotel premises.
• Electrical Appliances: Rice cookers and other personal electrical appliances are not permitted inside guest rooms.
• Cancellation & Amendment Policy: Cancellation or amendment requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds are not applicable. However, reservations may be rescheduled to any date within the next three (3) months, subject to room availability and the applicable rates and discounts of the revised booking period. No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
• Breakfast & Child Policy: Complimentary buffet breakfast is provided according to the room occupancy. Children below 5 years stay free of charge and enjoy complimentary breakfast when accompanied by their parents. Children aged 5 to 9 years will be charged BDT 1,000 per child per night. Guests aged 10 years and above require an Extra Bed at BDT 1,500 per night, including breakfast and swimming pool access.
