At a luxury beachfront property in Cox's Bazar, dinner typically shifts toward more substantial entrees, fresh seafood BBQs, and fine dining. Here is what you can generally expect:
Fresh Seafood BBQ: A major highlight in Cox's Bazar. You can usually select your own fresh catch (Lobster, Tiger Prawns, Coral, Snapper, or Crabs) to be grilled live and served with garlic butter sauce, baked potatoes, and sautéed vegetables.
Traditional Bengali Feasts: Richer curries such as mutton rezala, beef kala bhuna, and traditional fish curries, often served with polao or kachchi biryani.
International Fine Dining: Steaks (like Ribeye or Tenderloin), grilled chicken breast, pasta dishes, and gourmet pizzas.
