   Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after the required booking information and payment/deposit, if applicable, have been received.
2. Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times will be provided by the hotel. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Identification: Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport during check-in.
4. Payment: Guests are responsible for paying the full room rate and any additional charges incurred during their stay.
5. Cancellation: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type and rate. Cancellation charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
6. Room Availability: Specific rooms or room numbers cannot always be guaranteed and may be changed by the hotel when necessary.
7. Additional Guests: Extra guests or additional beds may be subject to availability and additional charges.
8. Damage & Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or members of their group.
9. Hotel Rules: Guests must follow hotel rules and maintain appropriate behavior. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service in cases of serious misconduct.
10. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for lost or unattended items unless otherwise required by law.
11. Special Requests: Requests such as specific rooms, views, beds, or other facilities are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
12. Changes to Booking: Any changes to a reservation should be communicated to the hotel as early as possible and may be subject to availability or additional charges.
13. Policy Changes: The hotel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. Guests will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of their booking.
